[Game] Will these items be available after the Kickstarter?
Anything that is “Kickstarter Exclusive” will not be made in excess of what we sell on the Kickstarter and Pledge Manager.

[Game] Solo & Co-op mode?
By default, the Solo & Co-op mode will be released as digital downloads.
In solo & co-op mode, each playable character will come with a Boss board that comes with a simplified move list. On the Boss’s turn, they will clear the bottom row of 3 marbles, then resolve an attack based on those 3 marbles cleared, and both the players and the boss will each only use a single health bar instead of 3 separate health bars.
These boss boards will be released digitally as free printable files. As a stretch goal, these boss boards will be printed and included in the game, and alternate boss art will be created for each character!

Yes, with vary few exceptions, we will ship world wide out of 3 fulfillment centers in China, France, and USA.

[VATS] Are Tariffs/local sales taxes like VAT/GST/HST included in the pledge?
As we will be shipping to backers all over the world, it is not possible to include tariff/local sales taxes in the pledge as they differ from country to country. Tariff/local sales taxes will be charged in the pledge manager post-campaign.
For example, if you are located in the UK or the EU, you will be required to pay roughly an additional 20-21% VAT in the pledge manager.

[Retailer] I am a Retailer, what can I expect with the Retail Pledge tier?
After the campaign, I will reach out to you directly via email and share with you a custom retail order form.
You will be able to order the KS Standard Edition, Collector’s Edition, and Super Turbo Edition at 50% off, in crates of 3 games each.
Each edition will have everything for that edition pre-packaged into the box.
By default, you will get 2 crates of KS Standard Edition (6 copies total). You can swap these out for higher tier editions or add additional crates to your order as well.
You will not be able to order the “Swagged Up Edition” but all optional add-ons from this campaign will be available to you to order at 50% off their full price.
You will only get 1 name credited for your store as a retail sponsor, even if you order additional copies of the Super Turbo Edition.

When you back a project, you’re pre-ordering the product. That means you’ll get it once it’s produced. Besides getting the product itself, you’re also joining a community. Follow along the production process, take part in important surveys and give the creator valuable feedback.

[KICKSTARTER] How is shipping fees collected?
Shipping costs will be collected after the Kickstarter campaign ends via the pledge manager.
A pledge manager is an web application that allows backers of the project to manage their pledge, changing what rewards you will receive and updating your shipping address anytime before the project ships.
It will also accurately calculate your shipping costs and charge you for the shipping there.

[PLEDGE MANAGER] What is a Pledge Manager?
A pledge manager is a website to manage your Kickstarter rewards post-campaign. You will need to confirm your order and shipping address in the pledge manager. We will provide specific instructions sent to your email with a link to complete your order at a later time.
A few weeks after the campaign ends, you will receive an email from Kickstarter/Pledge Manager inviting you to confirm your pledge and select any additional items you may wish to add. Within the Pledge Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
- Add additional items to your order
- Provide your shipping address
- Pay applicable taxes, tariffs, and duties promptly to prevent any delays
- Pay shipping costs

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
